Synthesize, receive and explain comments on the draft Decree on chemical industry development and chemical safety and security

The Department of Chemicals publishes a summary of comments, receives and explains comments on the draft Decree detailing a number of articles and measures to organize and guide the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Chemicals on chemical industry development and chemical safety and security to collect comments from organizations and individuals.

Pursuant to the provisions of Point e, Clause 5, Article 8 of Circular No. 47/2025/TT-BCT dated August 26, 2025 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regulating the development, promulgation and implementation of legal documents of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Department of Chemicals publishes a summary of comments, acceptance and explanation of comments on the draft Decree detailing a number of articles and measures to organize and guide the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Chemicals on the development of the chemical industry and chemical safety and security.
